For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@catsruleshop.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items and we do not issue refunds on lost packages.
